Do you ship world wide?
Yes.
Shipping for your country will be calculated at the checkout once you add your shipping address, before you complete the purchase.
EU CUSTOMERS** Please be aware that due to Brexit orders over £35 may be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee payable in the receiving country.
I want to send a piece as a gift?
No problem, you can add a different shipping address to your order at checkout, and if you want to add a gift message, just email straight away with the recipients name and the message and I can add that for you.
When will you have more work to buy?
As I only make my work in small batches I list a few new pieces every week. I notify people via my newsletter, instagram of the date and times I will list larger batches of work. You can also find these dates by clicking on the NEWS button on the top left corner of the page. As I'm only able to make a limited amount of pieces they can sell very quickly and I appreciate this can be frustrating so apologies, but they are hand made so I can only make so many!

I have seen pieces very similar to yours in a high street shop, did you design it?
I have now been making these pots for 9 years so sadly there are quite a few copies of my work circulating. I have nothing to do with these badly made factory copies. All pieces that are made or designed by me will always have 'Atelier Stella' on the bottom. If they don't, they are not mine.
If you feel as frustrated as me about large companies stealing the designs of smaller companies please do contact the shop directly, or let the store owner (who is selling them) know. As these companies seem to listen to there customers more than me and complaint letters seem to be good at notifying the right people of the problem.
The pots in Urban Outfitters are copies and nothing to do with me :(
What time zone are you in?
As I am based in the UK, all times that I mention will be UK times, you can google this if you are unsure of the time difference to yourself.
How can I pay?
You can pay directly using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit/debit card which goes through STRIPE (payment process).
I also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express through PAYPAL. You may not have to have a PAYPAL account in order to purchase from the store.
How are your pieces shipped?
I usually package and post orders within 1-4 working days and ship UK orders via second class signed for and to all other countries via tracked and signed Royal Mail. This means they are fully trackable and usually arrive within 5/10 working days of posting for Europe and 10/14 working days for the rest of the world. You will receive an email once you order has shipped, with the tracking number so you can track its progress. But please be aware this is not a guarantee as International parcels can take up to 4 weeks from the point of posting to arrive if held at customs.
I try to re-cycle packaging where possible.
I purchased two pieces separately can you combine the postage?
Yes. If you purchase more than one piece on the same day. Please email me to let me know and where possible I will and refund any overpaid postage via paypal.

Can I visit your studio to choose a piece?
I have now opened the doors of my studio in Brighton by appointment only. So for those of you who live in Brighton or are visiting, you can pop in the studio to see what we have in stock and purchase a piece to take away with you! Whoo hoo!
We are a working studio so we will be working around you, but you can get a glimpse behind the scenes and there will be two full shelves of finished work for you to look at. If you have something particular in mind, do check with me first to make sure I have a finished piece.

ADDITIONAL INFO
**Due to the handmade nature and style of my work please be aware that pieces maybe slightly wonky, particularly circular and tall items - i think this adds to the charm and character of the pieces. Also the glazes I use are rustic in appearance so maybe patchy or vary in colour and have drips. I photograph the front and the back of the piece and will always try and convey the true appearance of the piece but if you like straight perfect things then my work may not be for you!
